After a fall, both the rear fender and engine side cover were damaged and searching the market for replacements proved unsuccessful. To address the issue, we scanned the damaged parts and created STP files using digitized 3D models. After repairing the fractures, we utilized the silicone molding process to manufacture a custom-fit PP replacement fender, and we CNC milled the aluminum cover.
